Shipping policy
Processing Time
- Most items are custom made and require 2-4 weeks for production (may be longer during holidays, some items may ship sooner). This is production time only and does not include shipping transit time. We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates.
Shipping Methods
- We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator depending on destination and package requirements.
Coverage Area
- We ship worldwide.
Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
Customer Responsibility
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges imposed by their country. These fees are NOT included in your order total and must be paid by you to receive your package.
- If you refuse a package or fail to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for original shipping costs and any return fees. Reshipping will require payment of new shipping charges.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Please contact us directly regarding any shipping issues - do not contact the carrier. We will work with the courier on your behalf.
- You must report any damage or shipping issues within 14 days of delivery. Please include photos of any damage for claims.
- For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your order. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a solution on a case-by-case basis.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs Delays
- International shipments may be held or delayed by customs. These delays are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for customs processing times, fees, or seizures.
